About Ensured Services

Ensured Services is a 100% Australian family owned and operated national insurance brokerage. Company Director Nathan Cox established Ensured Services to create a dynamic, professional, honest and reliable insurance brokerage based on a truly personal service.

We are based just south of Perth, Western Australia, however, we service clients all over Australia. We take the time to understand our clients’ needs and provide quality advice based on our extensive insurance experience.  Our service does not end after signing you up, we are dedicated to building a business partnership helping you in not only your good times, but the not-so-good as well. When you have a claim we will be there to help get you back to where you need to be.

Nathan Cox

Nathan started in the insurance industry in 2004. He began his insurance path with Wesfarmers Insurance in a rural location before moving to Perth and becoming a Broker. Nathan started his own insurance business in 2017 and then in 2018 changed the name to what it is today Ensured Services. Having worked in both rural and commercial settings he has vast knowledge and experience in tailoring an insurance package to meet your requirements.

Affiliations

Ensured Services is part of the largest insurance broker network in Australia and New Zealand, the Steadfast Group.

As a member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), Ensured Services embraces the NIBA code of conduct.

The NIBA Code of Conduct provides that brokers:

  • Act in the best interests of the client;
  • Provide advice and guidance to enable clients to make informed decisions on risk and insurance protection;
  • Provide full and accurate information for effective underwriting;
  • Respect the client’s confidentiality in relation to all records and information;
  • Ensure the validity and accuracy of all documentation;
  • Make available all relevant documentation, policies, certificates, endorsements, and premium calculations, as may be required;
  • Be professional, efficient and responsive in all dealings;
  • In the event of a claim, take every step necessary to ensure prompt and fair settlement;
  • Work towards maintaining and enhancing the reputation of NIBA and its members;
  • Act in the spirit of this Code and encourage others to do likewise.
